Custom Order Inquiries

Thank you for considering a custom order with Mari's Stitch Studio! We’re excited to bring your vision to life. Please review our custom order process and policy below:

1. Quote and Visual Mockups: Once all order details and requests are finalized, we will provide you with a quote and visual mockups within one week. This will ensure that you have a clear understanding of the design before proceeding.

2. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to begin production on your custom order. This deposit is non-refundable once work has started.

3. Production Timeline: After receiving the deposit, your order will be processed and fulfilled within two weeks. Please note that orders of more than 5 pieces will require additional processing time, which will be communicated when the order is confirmed.

4. Order Modifications: Once the visual mockups are approved, no further changes can be made to the design. Please ensure that all details and requests are finalized prior to approving the mockup.

5. Inquiries: For any questions or to submit an inquiry for a custom order, please fill out the info sheet below and we will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.
